PICNIC BASKET:

Planning a picnic? Let the Recreation Department help! The Recreation Department has a picnic basket available for rent to help make your next neighborhood picnic or family reunion a smashing success. The cost is $20.00 plus a $50.00 refundable deposit (upon return of equipment in good condition and on the scheduled date). The kit includes:

1 Full size tug-of-war rope
1 Kickball
2 Playground balls
12 Cones
6 Wooden spoons and eggs
4 Frisbees
1 Wiffleball bat and wiffleball
6 Potato sacks
1 Set of rubber bases
6 Jump Ropes
6 Bean Bags
1 Ring Toss game
Written Instructions for games and relay races

BOCCE:

Located at City Hall behind the Lester Herrschaft Center is a regulation sized bocce court. This court is available for use by residents. Use your own supplies or rent a set of bocce balls from our department. The fee is $10.00 with a $50.00 refundable deposit (upon return of equipment in good condition and on the scheduled date).

OTHER ITEMS FOR RENT:

In addition to the picnic basket & bocce equipment, the items listed below are available for rent. All rentals require a $50.00 refundable deposit (upon return of equipment in good condition and on the scheduled date):

Horseshoes (metal poles & shoes) - $5.00
Outdoor badminton set (net, racquets & shuttlecocks) - $10.00
Full-size croquet sets - $10.00
Outdoor volleyball set – $15.00
Outdoor table & 6 folding chairs– $15.00
