This program is based upon the foundation of teaching correct, basic mechanics of baseball skills, implementing training drills to help each player attain his maximum potential and fostering enjoyment and appreciation of the game by making it fun.

BEGINNER’S GOLF
Dates: August 5th – August 9th

Children will learn all the basic golf techniques such as the swing, grip and ball striking using unique and fun training methods. Children will experience greater success using the larger balls and club heads. This allows them to strike the ball more easily, consistently and increase their confidence and enjoyment of the game of golf. CLIFTON FOOTBALL CLINIC

ROCKIN' ROBOTICS CAMP

Build your very own robot and learn the incredible things robots can do. Experiment with robotic arms and infrared robots. Work with simple machines that can lift objects and launch them into the air. Create your own scientific reaction while learning about the nuts and bolts of the universe. TENNIS CAMP

Did you know that tennis lessons can help you stay healthy, get in shape, and develop self-confidence? This camp program is designed for the beginner through intermediate tennis player. Coaches will work to teach children the game of tennis while developing their sportsmanship, social skills, and coordination! Participants will engage in drills, games, watch an exhibition and play in an optional tournament at the end of the week. Loaner racquets will be available for the duration of the camp program. Ball-U-Man is an instructional basketball program designed to bring your game to the next level through drills, stations and teaching of principles and court awareness through structured game play. Participants will learn how to become an elite offensive player and a dominant defensive force. Most importantly athletes develop their skills and learn while having FUN! Participant will receive an evaluation form, T-shirt, basketball participation gift as well as the opportunity to win prizes designed to encourage reading and academic proficiency. We will develop our own workout routine, try different health foods and even create our own. PROUD PILOTS AVIATION CAMP

This high-flying aviation camp will include action packed indoor/outdoor flight days, taking you to new heights as you let your models take to the skies and see the wonder of flight in action. Students will build and fly 8-10 different airplanes from scratch, all while learning more about aviation’s rich science and history. This summer includes an exciting new motorized Balsa wood model suitable for all ages! During this program campers will learn to read plans, use metric rulers, work with different hobby tools and make simple calculations in a fun, engaging hands-on atmosphere. This unique program provides an exciting and inexpensive introduction to the wonderful world of equines in a fun-filled, non-threatening atmosphere. PonyShare uses ponies and cobs, smaller and easier to handle than their larger equine counterparts. Participants will learn about safety rules on and around horses, basic anatomy of horses, grooming, the tack and harness, driving the miniature horse, English and Western riding, barn management and about careers in the industry. Participants will get to shortly ride the horses 3 to 4 times each day. Download application here.
Requirements: Children must bring strong hiking shoes, jeans/sweatpants, a bicycle helmet and fluids. Participants can also bring a carrot or apple each day to feed the ponies!

CSI-CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATION CAMP

Come and join the Minds in Motion crime team in this fun and interesting camp! You will be provided with all the tools needed to become your very own crime scene investigator! Learn all about forensics, searching for evidence and gathering clues. Working in groups, campers will conduct many science experiments in the crime lab to solve the mysteries at hand. As young detectives in training, learn all about fingerprinting and how to classify them. Receive your own fingerprint classification sheet. Perform chemical analyses and observations working with powders, liquids and much more! You will even test for blood types using simulated blood. Let's join Bernoulli and Newton as we look into their work in aerodynamics and the properties of air! Passaic County 4-H will be offering a hands-on arts and nature camp. Campers will learn about protecting the environment, gardening, insects and other topics. Each day new themes will be introduced. Some of the themes include "the world around you", which introduces campers to nature and "all about bugs" which includes activities revolving around bugs such as bug hunts, bug finger puppets, and bug education/inspection. IMAGINATION IN ACTION THEATRE CAMP

Come and ecperience Imagination in Action theatre camp. Through drama, youth ecperience and fun of exploring different roles and becoming different characters theough role playing and improvisation. Campers will experience theatre games, develop scened adn incorporate music, movement, and creative writing. Imagination in Action theatre campbuilds self-esteem, creative thinking and socilization.
