Sunday – APRIL 25, 2010 10:00AM to 4:00PM

BOURSE APPLICATION & CONTRACT:

 

      Returning dealers will have thirty days to reclaim their previous table

locations, after which all tables will be assigned strictly on a first come,

first served basis. There will be no Insurance carried by the Show, its

Managers, the Clifton Stamp Society, Inc., the City of Clifton or its

Recreation Department, and they shall not be responsible for any losses,

damage or injury that may occur to those assigned space at the Bourse, their

employees, or the property from any cause whatsoever.                      

 

      The applicant also expressly releases them from any and all claims for such loss, injury, or damages. Security Guards will be on duty from 5:00PM Saturday thru 8:00AM Sunday. The applicant also agrees to abide by all rules and regulations of the show.

 

      Dealers forced to cancel their lease agree to forfeit their deposits, in the event that a suitable replacement cannot be found in time. Sales will be restricted to philatelic merchandise, related supplies and equipment, etc.

 

      All tables have either 8 ft. or 6 ft. front and 6 ft. backup; corner tables also have 6 ft. side tables. Fee is for the entire two day duration of the show, and the dealers are expected to be in continuous attendance during operating hours. Dealer's access for set‑up will be at 8:00AM Saturday and 9:00AM Sunday.
